If you are using one of the WooThemes designs for your Word Press site, it may have an area called Custom Navigation. If the theme you chose has the Custom Navigation feature, it allows you to do is to hand modify the main navigation systems for your site (post & pages) or to create brand new menus for you to insert in other areas of the website (using the Widgets feature of Word Press).
To find the Custom Navigation
Click on the name of your theme (next to the little Woo icon) and a menu similar to the following one will show. Click on the CUSTOM NAVIGATION link.
Select an existing menu to work with
There should be 2 menus automatically set up for you. The menu that displays your PAGES will be called Woo Menu 1. The menu that displays your POSTS will be called Woo Menu 2. Any menus that you have created yourself (see below) will have the name you allocated.
In the MENU SELECTOR, choose the menu you want to work with from the drop down box & click SWITCH

Create a new menu
New menus can be created and then added to your website using the widgets feature. From the MENU SELECTOR box, type the name of your new menu in the empty box (bottom row) and click the ADD MENU button.
Add an existing page to the menu

The easiest way to do this is to click the VIEW ALL link, then click
to add the page to the menu.
Add an existing category to the menu

The easiest way to do this is to click the VIEW ALL link, then click
to add the category to the menu.
Add your home page to the menu
This is the one thing we think should be easy, but it’s actually a little tricky. Because the logo is usually the HOME link, this isn’t a standard feature of the Custom Navigation system, but it’s easy enough to work around. Just follow the tutorial below, Add a link to an external website to your menu, and in the URL field, add your full website address, including the http://www. section of it.
Add a link to an external website to your menu

In the URL field, put the full address of the page/site you want to link to. Include the http:// or it won’t work.
In the Menu Text field, type the name as you want it to appear in the menu. ie: Links
The Description field is optional, and will only display if the menu system is designed to show the description. Most don’t, but some do.
If you want a link to an external website to open up in a new window, you first need to add the item as listed above and then follow the Edit an existing menu item below to change the way the link opens.
Delete an item from your menu
This one’s simple. Click the
next to the menu item you want to delete.
Edit an existing menu item
Click the
icon. You will now have the option to change the Menu Title, the URL, the Link Title, the Description, and also whether the link opens in a new window when the user clicks on it.
Change the order an item appears in the menu (including having drop-down sub menus)
This one’s really easy. Once you’re viewing your menu, simply drag & drop each menu item to change the order they appear in. If you want one item to be in a drop-down sub-menu, simply drag it and drop it on top of the main item and you will see the indent in the list.
Click the SAVE ALL CHANGES button when you’re done with any menu changes.
