cube cart tutorials ~ add a hyperlink in a description

As well as using formatting in a product description, you can link to other websites & files on your website.

1. While typing your description, highlight the words you want to link your file to (ie: type in CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE CATALOGUE and use the mouse to highlight them) & click on the Insert/Edit Link button (2nd row, first on the left).
2. For linking to a webpage (or a file on a webpage) -
   Link Type - URL
   Protocol - http://
   URL - here's where you type in the www.addressyouarelinkingto.com (don't include the http:// as it's taken care of in the Protocol section above)
   On the next tab - Target, use the drop down box to choose New Window. Any file or page that's opening up that does not contain your website's navigation system should open in a new window.
3. Click OK
