setting up email autoresponders
If you have a POP3 mailbox set up on our server, it's possible to set up an automatic reply that the server will send out to someone when they send you an email.
ie: I send an email to sales@yourbusiness.com.au and I get a message straight back saying "Thanks for your email, we will be in touch with in 2 busines days to confirm your booking".
To do this, you need the login details to your hosting's Control Panel. As with everything inside the cPanel, if you don't understand it, DON'T TOUCH IT!
