email manager pro ~ add new mailing list groups

If your copy of Email Manager Pro is set up to have multiple mailing groups, you can add new groups at any time. These groups can be available to the public for subscription, or you can make them private, so you're the only person who can add people to the group.

  1. Log in to Email Manager Pro
  2. Click on the Mailing Groups link
  3. In the menu over on the right hand side, click on New Mailing Group
  4. Position - you can choose where in the list your mailing group will be listed - ie: they don't have to be in alphabetical order
  5. Name - give your group a name, this is what your visitors will see when they decide whether they want to join.
  6. Descsription - give a brief description of the group
  7. Enable - tick the box if you want the group to be an active & functioning group
  8. Visible - tick the box if you want the public to be able to join this group - take the tick out if you want it to be a private group (which will mean you'll have to add people manually)
  9. Click the Save button
