email manager pro ~ add subscribers to your mailing list manually

You may have an existing list of email addresses that you wish to add to your mailing list database, it’s simple to do. If you have a large number, please send them to me in a word or excel file so I can import them for you. If it's just handful, you can do this manually.

1. Log in to Email Manager Pro
2. Click on the Subscribers link in the toolbox.
3. Click on Add Subscriber.
4. Type in the persons full name in the Name field and their email address in the Email field. Format will be set at HTML which means they'll see images, bold text etc like in Microsoft Word. Leave this one as it is or drop down the box to choose plain text if you like (this means all formatting and images will be lost). All other settings (encoding, date, activation key, activate & banned email), leave as is.
   Note: if there are any other custom questions that were set up for you, please fill them in.
5. Click the Save button to complete the addition.
