email manager pro ~ remove subscribers from your mailing list manually
You may get requests to remove someone from your mailing list without them going through the automated channels (either because they don't want to, or because there may be a problem). Either way, you can remove them manually.
- Log in to Email Manager Pro
- Click on the Subscribers link in the toolbox.
- Just under the active subscribers heading, there is a box and a search button. Type either part or all of the name or email address of the person you wish to unsubscribe, then click the Search button.
- You will now see a list of all the people who match the search criteria you just typed in. Hit the Delete button next to their name. You will be asked if you are sure, click the OK button.
- You will notice that the person is still listed, but instead of the two buttons saying 'properties' and 'delete', they now say 'restore' and 'delete'. This is because the person has been unsubscribed from the list, but they are still on the database. You can remove them from the database completely by clicking the delete button again (although this isn't necessary).
