x-cart ~ change order of products in a category

When you add products to a category, each product is assigned a position number. This determines what order your products are listed in. It's very easy to change the order.

1. Under the Management section of your stores admin, click on Categories
2. All your categories will now be listed. Under the products heading, you'll see the number of products you have in each category. Click on the number listed in the products column to view all the products for your category.
3. You will now have a list of all the products in the category you have chosen. In the POS column, change the numbers to suit what order your products will be listed in. ie: 1 is first, 2 is second etc.
