x-cart ~detailed images - adding more than one image to a product

It's possible to upload more than one image when you add a product. The first image you upload is covered in the standard "Add A Product" tutorial. The extras, called 'detailed images' by x-cart, are added elsewhere.

1. Add your product as normal (see tutorial)
2. Click on the Search for Products link in the menu to find the product you wish to add extra images to.
3. Use the features in the search box to find your product, click the Search button to see a list of results.
4. Click on the name of the product you wish to add the detailed image to.
5. In the "In This Section" box at the top, click on the Detailed Images link
6. Find the image on your computer using the Browse button next to "File on your computer". Click OK to select the image. Click Apply once you have selected it. ENSURE YOU HAVE ALREADY RESIZED THIS IMAGE APPROPRIATELY FIRST.
7. You should now see the image in the Preview section.
8. Alternative text is what will pop up when people hover their mouse over the image. This is optional.
9. Click Upload

This can be repeated as many times as you like. There is no limit to the number of detailed images you can have for a product. Notice that once you have added detailed images, they are listed for you. In the POS field, insert numbers to change the order they appear in. ie: 1 comes up first, 2 is second, 3 is third etc.
