When you send out a message to your mailing list members, you have the option to either:
a) just email the message out to your subscribers
b) just add the information to the news section of the website
c) both
Follow this tutorial to find out how.

  1. Click on News Management under the Management section of the navigation
  2. Click on the name of the Mailing List that you want to send the message to
  3. Click on Messages
  4. Click Add New
  5. Subject - type in the subject of your news/mailing list message
  6. Body - to send a plain text message - with the default editor selected (it will be in bold), type your message.
to send a formatted message - click on the WYSIWYG editor, type your message.
to send a formatted message with a template - if we have designed a template for you to use, click on the WYSIWYG editor.
